Account and training data

We process account identifiers, contact details, age and profile information, goals, limitations you report, workout records, progress and settings to provide and adapt training. Health records and precise activity location are used only with permission. Do not send unnecessary medical records to support.

Optional connections and purposes

Compatible Apple Health and Health Connect records support activity history and training context. Available records vary by device and permission. Direct Garmin delivery and the Amazfit extension are not included in this release. Location supports outdoor recording and requested local weather. We use technical diagnostics, security and purchase information to operate, protect and support the service.

Providers and sharing

Firebase/Google provides authentication, storage and backend services; Apple processes App Store purchases and RevenueCat manages subscription entitlement records. Support correspondence is processed by our email provider. Providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell health or location data or use it for advertising targeting. Optional sharing occurs only through the features you choose.

Age and choices

VETOR is for people aged 16 or older. Users aged 16–17 should involve a parent or guardian where required by local law. Age-based restrictions apply to optional marketing, diagnostics and sharing; this is not a verified parental-consent service. You can revoke health and location permissions in device settings, change available privacy settings and contact support to exercise applicable access, correction or deletion rights.

Retention and deletion

Training history is retained while your account remains active; expiry of free access does not delete it. Request deletion in Profile → Account and security, or contact support. The account deletion workflow removes the main account, user database and user files. A restricted request record remains to track separate review of subscription records, legacy diagnostics, support correspondence and backups. These are not represented as instantly erased. Retention depends on resolving the request, applicable financial/legal duties and provider backup/security requirements; contact support for the status of your request. Data stored independently in Apple Health or a manufacturer account is not deleted by deleting VETOR.

Subscriptions and security

Apple handles payment details; VETOR receives purchase and entitlement information rather than your full card number. Deleting VETOR does not cancel an Apple subscription: manage or cancel it in Apple account subscription settings. We use access controls and protected transport, but no service can promise absolute security.
